Baryn Futa: From Retirement to Renowned Art Benefactor and Collector

The funding of the arts is a crucial aspect of the arts community that is unfortunately overlooked by many people. Baryn Futa has worked hard to ensure that artists have the funding they need in order to do what they love and create stunning pieces. Baryn Futa is a benefactor who has supported the work of literally dozens of artists over the last couple of years.

Baryn Futa did not become interested in the arts community until after his retirement, whereupon he found out he enjoyed the fine arts. He first nursed this interest by getting involved with the Denver Art Museum. He then attended classes on the fine arts, both in online classrooms and the real thing. He also went on group art trips, attended exhibits at museums, and went to art fairs in order to learn as much as possible about the arts. He eventually discovered that his interest was in supporting contemporary arts, especially time-based media.
